Google Shopping Warehouse
For a Google event focused on helping retailers see the value of e-commerce, PHQ created an immersive Google Shopping Warehouse experience that threw participants into a 3D virtual world where digital shopping journeys played out in real time. As part of talks, roundtables and quizzes, audiences engaged with digital installations including projection-mapped spaces and interactive set pieces such as a stylised living room where people could follow a guided purchase path, and a playful inflatable insights pump that revealed key data points. The aim was to bring to life how online-to-physical retail journeys work, using digital storytelling and interactive elements to make the potential of digital commerce easy to understand and engaging for attendees.
